How Comfort Works

1. Place Your Order Online

Browse our selection of Costco products and add your items to your cart. Choose your preferred delivery date and complete your order in just a few minutes.

Need to make changes? You can edit your order, add items, remove items, or change your delivery date until 9:00 PM on the day before your scheduled delivery.


2. We Shop Your Order

Unlike many delivery services, every product is carefully inspected for quality, freshness, packaging condition, and expiration dates before it is approved for delivery.

If an item doesn't meet our standards, we won't deliver it, and you will get a refund. 


3. We Keep Your Groceries Fresh

Once your order is complete, your groceries are packed and loaded into our professionally refrigerated delivery vehicles.

Frozen products remain frozen, refrigerated products stay cold, and fresh products are handled with care throughout the delivery process.

4. We Deliver Right to Your Door

Comfort provides convenient contactless delivery to houses, condos, and businesses.

On the day of delivery, you'll receive three notifications to keep you informed every step of the way:

  1. A confirmation that your order is scheduled for delivery that day.

  2. A notification when your driver is on the way.

  3. A final notification once your order has been successfully delivered.

Our driver will safely deliver your order directly to your door or your building's designated delivery location. For safety reasons, drivers are unable to carry orders up flights of stairs.

For safety reasons, drivers are generally unable to carry orders up or down flights of stairs. However, we understand that some customers may require additional assistance. Accommodations will be made for elderly or disabled customers when possible. Please contact us in advance or include a note with your order so we can make appropriate arrangements.

If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any item, simply contact us, and we'll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
